Superbloom gives you scientifically-proven tools to boost your well-being. While we LOVE the attention that “well-being” is getting, there are literally 1,000’s of suggestions out there. Superbloom helps you cut through the noise by helping you discover which science-based tools work best for you and your friends.

Start by taking the Superbloom assessment and get your scores for the nine drivers of well-being - things like Positive Emotions, Relationships, Sleep, Exercise, Mindfulness and more.

Once we know where to focus your attention, Superbloom suggests relevant positive psychology exercises (we call them “blooms”). Skeptical? That’s healthy - we just met. Every single bloom has a “Learn More” section with links to the supporting scientific research.

And to our beloved “trackers” out there, we see you. (We kind of are you, actually). Superbloom tallies up how many minutes you invest in your well-being every day, as well as tracking streaks and increases (or decreases) in your well-being score.

Finally, we know you are four times more likely to stick to a new routine if you do it with a friend, so you can follow your friends on Superbloom and cheer each other on!
